Prices

All prices are in UK Pounds

Availability

Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order. Although we endeavour to hold all items on our site this cannot be guaranteed, so that by acknowledging receipt of your order, we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock.

In the event of unavailability, for whatever reason, we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

On-line using the on-line order form.

Payment

We accept payment in the following ways:

Through Stripe for Mastercard/Visa/Amex

Dispatch

We will endeavour to send all orders the next working day.

Delivery

UK Delivery charge of £5 for standard delivery. This normally takes 3-5 working days from dispatch.

UK Express Delivery charge of £10 for Express Delivery. This normally takes 1 day but can sometimes take 2 working days from dispatch.

Outside the UK

Europe Delivery charge of £15 for express delivery. This normally takes 1-3 days from dispatch but can take longer, depending on the destination.

Rest of the World Delivery charge of £25 for standard delivery. This normally takes between 3-5 working days but can take longer, depending on the destination.

Rest of the World Delivery charge of £40 for express delivery. This normally takes between 1-3 working days but can take longer depending on the destination.

Please kindly note that all relevant duties and taxes to be paid by you the purchaser.

Returns and exchanges

We aim to keep the return process as simple as possible.

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. 

If you wish to return your purchase please notify us within 7 days of receipt at hello@innis.london and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have gone by since you have received your goods unused and in the original packaging provided. 

A full refund will then be made within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation, except for the initial postage and package charges on your invoice. Please note return postage is at your expense.

If you return an item to us, which is faulty, you did not order or for any other reason that is our fault, we also pay you the cost of postage. If this happens, please contact us first using the contact details here and we will let you know how you should return the item to us.

You will be responsible for any return until they reach us. For your protection we suggest using a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible.

Please note

All our products are hand made in Italy from natural materials and therefore slight imperfections may occur such as texture and grain of leather. This, we believe, adds to the charm and makes each INNIS bag unique.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and in the event of any dispute, will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.

The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
